This place set up just outside of 'uptown' Clover after the Bojangles left. It sits adjoined to a gas station convenience store.
My daughter and I had been hitting every breakfast place in town as we have extra time in the morning after dropping my son off at school.
To put it lightly, we were incredibly surprised this first, of many, morning visits here. We were certainly not expecting such perfection in a breakfast biscuit.
Having spent a lot of my adult life in the south, I have learned to appreciate a good biscuit and these homemade biscuits are the best I've ever had. They huge (about the size on my fist) and are almost feathery in the middle and just slightly crusted on the outside.
We both had a  sausage biscuit. Mine had egg and cheese. Aside from the biscuit, the sausage was perfectly cooked, the egg was over hard and again perfectly cooked. Next, the cook stacks each piece of perfection with the cheese that becomes perfectly, every so slightly, melted. And what you have now is my favorite SECB ever! I consider myself a connoisseur, so this is high praise!
We will be back for lunch sometime this summer. I'm not a fish eater, but this place has surprised me once, I will certainly give it a shot.
Now, beyond the food, I must also comment about the prices. I got 6 of these huge biscuit sandwiches for under $10. I was flabbergasted.
Please try this place out. You'll want to come back with your friends and family.
