Front desk staff very nice and helpful answering question about local things to do. Â Got to room and we should have left but we were dog tired. Â not the cleanest room and desperately needed to be updated, painted and carpets cleaned. Â We're still not sure what the mysterious stain on the floor was near the bathroom. Â The dead bolt could not turn because of the door being forced open violently too many times (you could see all the holes in the door from repeated fixing the security chain). Â The heater was so loud it sounded like a jet engine. Â The bed was the saggiest thing I'd ever sleep in and the blanket...let's just say yuck and leave it at that.
At promptly 7:30a.m. construction in the next room started and didn't stop until 10a.m. Â Nothing like a violet awakening too early after a wretched night of sleep to top off this stay. Â
Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 10$ and go to one of the nicer chain hotels.
