Real Pit BBQ

The best BBQ I've had! They've managed to perfect the barbecuing technique over a wood fire pit. Order the pork ribs...the meat falls off the bone and melts in your mouth. Their sauce is so good that I would visit them just to purchase the sauce by itself. They serve the ribs with avocado slices sprinkled with pepper and some kind of season salt(?) and ice cold, sweet cherry tomatoes. Together, the flavors make the perfect BBQ dish!

They're mobile so you'll find them in Las Cruces located near A Kka Karate USA at 1960 N Solano Dr, Las Cruces, NM, 88001during the weekdays. On the weekends, I hear that they are located near a Sports  Center on  Telshor. Track them down...they're worth it!
