    Wonderful food(hands down the best Cheeseburger I have ever had) nice friendly atmosphere, great service, and a very impressive list of Beers, and Mixed drinks. Copper Penny is the best place in all of Vandalia to get wonderful food, and a ice cold pint of Beer. Highly recommend the Smokehouse burger, Horseshoe, and Chicken Caser Wrap.
