Usually I love Cowboy Troy's. Â Always sitting on the bar side.My boyfriend and I used to live in Stevi so we would always go now that we live in Flotown we only go slightly less. Â I had family in town and the whole week was bragging about how great Cowboy Troy's was. Â Well, I guess I set myself up for failure, enough to the point where they should know. Â The table ordered 5 ouch wings. Â I know they can be hot, my bf has had them before...they were so mediocre even my mother ate one. Â No one was impressed. Â I always order the buffalo and usually they come coated in enough sauce you can even dip the chips in it. Â There was absolutely no sauce in my basket. Â The pizza was good but clearly charred on the crust and bottom, and no one oooed and awed over the burgers. Â The waitress really didn't seem to care. Â Like I said, I generally love cowboy troys but consistency is what makes a restaurant a real winner. Â And now to cut costs they have done away with boxes...I was given a small paper bag for my wings, guess I was lucky their was no sauce or it would have leaked everywhere! Â Tin foil to wrap the pizza...maybe I'll get used to it but it was just weird. Service is generally good but there is one girl who sucks, everyone has empty glasses and she's so slow, for some reason she seems to be there all the time. Â I'm going to continue to go back I just wish they would give a shit sometimes.
Review Source:Loved the pizza and wings here the other night. A group of six of us ate there on a Sunday. It was full but not crowded. I live in Victor and this was my first time in. I expected a bar atmosphere. The pizza oven and dining tables are in a separate room from the full bar, I was pleased. We watched the guys make the pizza and fire it in the huge brick oven. We order three kinds and an appetizer of wings. PLENTY to eat, outstanding crisp crust and fresh ingredients. Service was fast and very pleasant. Lots of parking.
Review Source:Place is going strong. Â Could not be more happy for them. Â Dinner was near full, including a party of 14!
Now known now for their great hamburgers as well as those hand-made, brick-fired pizzas.
Adjoining full bar is also great.
Construction of Hwy 93 has really killed Victor's businesses, but now that is ending, so it will be easier for people living south of Victor to drive there rather than round-a-bout on the East Side Hwy.
This is a solid pizza place. Â I have reviewed pizza places all over the country and Cowboy Troy's hold it's own against any of them. Â
We went there this evening and ordered a couple of pizzas and some wings. Â Everything was great! Â I was pretty excited to hear they had PBR on tap. Â
The bill for all that food and beer only came to 40 bucks! Â Probably one of the cheapest dinners I have had in years. Â
The service was pretty good as well.  The waitress was very nice, efficient  and pretty easy on the eyes too.
I will make it a point to eat at Cowboy Troy's every time I am in Victor.
