The crack house is what I miss most about living in Tennessee! They make the best chicken salad sandwich ever!

We stopped here on our way down to Florida. It was not an enjoyable experience. I've never been a fan of Cracker Barrel to begin with, but I'd been sick for a few days and really wanted some comfort food. Plus, we were hungry and it was the first restaurant we found.

The service was some of the worst I've ever had. The server didn't check on us once, except to ask us for our order. She was painfully slow in every other way. She stopped to talk to her regulars, to the other servers, whatever--but our table was apparently far out of her way. We were one of her three tables, by the way. We practically had to beg for anything we needed or wanted, the food took forever to come out, and when it did, I realized why I don't like going to Cracker Barrel. I had pancakes with berries on top, and they were mediocre at best.

The experience did nothing to convert me back to Cracker Barrel.

The service was excellent! The food was hot. It was a memorable date night for me and a lady friend. The gift shop was clean and well organized.

The food here isn't great, but it's pretty good and very consistent. Â

Wait times to be seated are usually pretty reasonable and the staff is usually pretty attentive and quick to get your food to you. Â

The gift shop is always well stocked and has lots of nice items.
