Wonderful experience! Never been to a Cracker Barrel before and I loved it. Great food, cute store with a lot of old, country memorabilia. I ordered the Sunday Special, country fried chicken. It was so tasty and was accompanied by corn bread and applebutter, fried apples, mashed potates, and some fried shrimp. I definitely recommend coming down here for good food and some cool shopping. They also have some great rocking chairs outside that you can relax in for a few minutes and enjoy the Kentucky scenery!
Review Source:Although a busy location this one is clean and well kept with good service. Unusually off an interstate on Hwy. 27, this Somerset CB stays busy. Â The food is usually good and of course, the old store to saunter around in makes things worthwhile.
We had the french toast, fried eggs (OE), bacon and also the opened faced roast beef w/mashed potatoes  and cole slaw (an old stand by fave).  Food was good and again, the service at this location was very good.
Good food, good service, good atmosphere, country cookin'...Cracker Barrel.
Definitely one of the saddest Cracker Barrel's I've been to. The service was downright depressing. The server was clearly on something hardcore and could barely function, better yet remember anything we requested. The food took a very long time and came out half-assed. The people in the gift shop were pleasant at least. The location is pretty damn convenient if you're in Somerset though... Lots of parking is a plus though, right? ;)
