Came here with my boyfriend for a beer and pizza.  Our beers were delicious and the pizza was good too.  We ordered the Margherita Pizza.  Not my favorite. Will be coming back and ordering a traditional pepperoni.  ALSO, I should mention!  The crookie!  It-is-to-die-for.

Not only is their pizza amazing and available by the slice, but for some reason they have the best wings I've ever had anywhere in the US. That sauce is amazing. I literally crave it weekly - I would buy their hot wing sauce in bottle form if they'd allow it and put it on everything! I have gotten several people addicted to them.

Also, they always have a great beer selection for "microbrew or die" types such as myself.

Situated below Thai Pepper (which I do not recommend), descend a flight of stairs from the sidewalk and enter into a dramatically lit gourmet pizzeria tavern that is buzzing with great soul, flavorful dishes, and well crafted drinks. I shared a veg. Hercules pizza with a noteworthy marinara and thin crust. Treat yourself to a Ginger Drop Martini from Creekside's cold drink menu...

Looking for a new place for dinner as we travel quite a bit and often hit Ashland along our route.  We happened upon Creekside Pizza and loved it!  Loved the feel inside, the vibe and really enjoyed the whole thing!

I had a beer, the delicious Jose's Walnut Pear salad and my husband and I shared a pizza.  They made a mistake on his half of pizza but they brought out my half and said they were making a new whole pizza.  We told them we had no where to put the leftovers  and my half was plenty for the both of us.  Thank goodness Ray loves black olive and pineapple cause it was more than enough for sure.  They gave us half off on the pizza and we thought they handled the situation perfectly!

I am a pizza fanatic and have to say, this is some of the best pizza I've had in Oregon.  The crust even had a delicious flavor.  I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back to try the pasta!

Didn't take long to go back... went the 2nd night too and had beer all over again and pasta... delicious!!!!

I usually hit up both Caldera and Creekside if i'm going out for drinks - they are right next to each other and are, in my honest opinion, the best two places FOR drinks in town.

The clientele is pretty much the same as Caldera, they have pizza for around 3 bucks a slice - which is nice when you need to pad your stomach, and they have arrogant bastard on tap. What? that's awesome. Monkey porter too - although not my fav, it's still a porter on tap, for 4$. Awesome. They have sweet art on the wall, and it's kinda dark in there, but i like that ambiance. mini pool table in the back, and really just a nice chill spot.

the bouncers (or at least 2 of them) tend to be a bit obnoxious sometimes though, and will powertrip you... which I really don't like. I only knock them down from 5 stars for this reason and this reason only. Other than that, a close 2nd for my favourite bar in town.

I used to love going to the Creekside, however last time I went is was an awful experience! My husband I were there with a group of friends and went to the bar to order drinks. The bartender was a piece of work! My husband ordered a moscow mule (mixed drink), the bar tender was affronted at the thought of having to actually make a mixed drink verus pouring a pitched of beer. She rolled her eyes at us sighed and to quote said "I guess i can, if you really want one.". Your a bertender for crying out loud, your only job is to make drinks, give me a break! Awful service.

Disgusting , with horrible service!  A few months back, we ordered a Creekside pizza with garlic delivered. The gigantic garlics tasted kind of weird. Two hours later we were hugging the toilet. Decided to give them one more try tonight. Was informed by a RUDE server, that they stop delivering at 10pm. It was 9:56 when we called.
I'd rather choke down a chain pizza than eat their slop, and it certainly doesn't help to be made to feel like we are inconveniencing the kitchen.

STAY AWAY! I have heard Martolli's is good, if a little greasy - but what good pizza isn't.

Never again Creekside, and I will badmouth your rude servers to my grave.

I haven't been in Ashland long. Perhaps this is what passes for pizza. But it is truly not good.

My first clue should have been the guy telling me it would be 15 minutes for my pizza to be ready. For a pick-up order. On a Friday night. Which is to say, even assuming there were absolutely no other pizzas waiting on the line-up (on a Friday), if they assembled the thing in approximately 30 seconds and baked it for the entire remaining 14 and a half, there's still no way that thing could be properly baked.

And lo, it was not. Everything on the pizza could be more aptly described as "heated." It was hot. But it wasn't cooked. Garlic, onions, spinach and tomatoes were all still raw. Hell, the spinach was on top and uncooked beforehand, which is to say it was a leaf. A leaf. In an oven. You know what happens when you bake a leaf in an oven?

Well, if you actually cook the damn thing, it goes up in flames. Seeing as they were only slightly wilted, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that the oven was set to warm, not, you know. BAKE.

I also got the yam fries (yammers) which were limp and soggy and generally flaccid. They made me depressed just looking at them. They might well be good when they are fresh, but these were decidedly not.

Only thing saving this place from one star was the service. Thanks for being nice and helpful, guy-on-the-phone and bartender-lady. You were peachy.

Well, I will be totally honest: Kaleidoscope has the best pizza in the valley, in my opinion. That being said, I love my Creekside when I'm in Ashland. They have a great selection of salads and pizzas to choose from, and a full bar with plenty of great local(ish) beers on tap.

The only major downside I have found is that you can't bring the under-agers in here after 8. This is ideal if you want to go play pool with the boys or have a "grown up" evening out, but if you have kids or friends who aren't 21 yet (as many SOU students do), this is an early-dinner kind of place for you.

Pizza is pretty good, not mind blowing, but pretty good. The Service was solid and I thought it was a very cool little space for a pizza place.

If your in Ashland, this seems like the place to get a decent pie. If it was not 300 miles from my house I might be tempted to go more often.

The female bartender redeemed herself! My last time there, she was nice and she smiled and offered a little friendly banter, so I stand corrected.

    5th star officially restored!

If there ever was a pizza place that deserved five stars, its Creekside. Every pizza is great (especially their really spicy one, whose name I forget) the beer list, for Ashland, is good, and the place in general is friendly.

If you grade on a (west coast) curve, the pizza was good. The salads were great. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating to our party of seven. This is what the owner needs to read - The bartender with the dreadlocks is hurting your business. She was rude with no provocation. The only reason we stayed and ordered food was because we were meeting two Ashland locals there. If it were up to me we would have left after the first round of drinks. Every other aspect of our meal was solid.

This is a great hidden treasure of Ashland. It is a little hard to find but well worth the hunt.

Great NY style thin crust pizza. They have a lot of toppings and are very generous with them.

What a nice, basic pizza joint!   Their pies are offered with a good selection of toppings and smart combinations.

The full bar and the dedicated area for the pool table take Creekside above the level of other Ashland-area options.

The pizzas are greasy, but not artificially so.  Pesto with oil and cheese is going to run and ooze, right?  You're going to get a satisfying, if not gourmet, meal at this bistro.

We were disappointed that the only outside eating area was downwind from the smoking tables where plenty of addicts indulged.  But, the inside is spacious, naturally cool, and fine for low-key meal.

I love Creekside, it is my favorite pizza place in Ashland! I have been here so many times, and almost every time the pizza is delicious, the service is quick and the atmosphere is fun and lively. One time, the pizza I ordered was slightly burnt, but that is the only complaint I have.
I love the combination pizzas, the flavors are so good and the prices are pretty fair. The creekside salad is also delicious, but it's so hard not to order pizza here!

This is my favorite place to eat when I go to Ashland.  It's very close to several hotels and just a few minutes walk from the Shakespeare Festival.

The pizza here is not just the best in Ashland, but better than almost anything I can get at home.  They've got several specialty pizzas - the Melanzana is one of the best (artichokes, breaded eggplant, pesto)!  I have never had a pizza I didn't enjoy.  And when a restaurant offers to give you ranch with your pizza, its got to be a winner in my book.

It is a little hard to find from the street, but well worth searching for.  It also tends to have fewer tourists than some other restaurants in town.

Oooof, this place serves up divine pizza. Full disclosure: I had been driving for 8 hours up until the act of food consumption, so maybe I could have eaten a stale PB&J and it would have tasted divine. But I've had a lot of pizza, and the Bootsie (a vegetarian pie, no less!) passed the test, with its goat cheese and fresh herbs. So did the beautiful location (over a rushing creek!) and the beer selection (local!). I'd definitely eat here again.

Pizza was great. It definitely rates in my top 5 pizzas on the West Coast.  The crust was on the thinner side, and perfect.

Service was an issue, though. They only had one girl working the entire restaurant on 4th of July weekend. She did her best, but it was still slow. The other odd part was there were two hostesses who just stood around. They could have helped with water and bringing drinks and stuff.

Delicious pizza, a great selection of beer/wine, and creekside seating to boot.  We went here during a Saturday afternoon to meet up with friends, and it was just perfect!  Nice and mellow.  We shared an 18" pizza between the four of us and it was just enough (and priced right). I will be returning for sure!

Great pizza, good beer, nice menu selection, awesome crowd, live music; they even have a pool table (rarity these days)!

The bar staff is typical of all places you go to. If they are busy (and many times this place is), the staff is not going to ask you your life story. And when they are slow the conversation is lovely.

I really like this joint. Highly recommended.

Best pizza and calzones in Ashland. The Slammy is my fave (thanks Lexie!) with roasted yams and garlic, broccoli, feta and caramelized onions. I love their unique combos. The wings are also tasty but would benefit from a little caramelization of the skin.  Prices are  a little steep but on par for Ashland restaurants, which are typically inflated.

Fast delivery to our hotel room. Took our phone number to call us when they got there but ended up coming to our room. Nice! The side salad surprisingly came with field greens and good toppings. Pizza had good flavor and I liked how it was topped with fresh parmesan cheese. Fairly priced too.

Ambiance here was very good. This place is by the river, has outdoor seating, and the indoor areas are as a pizza place should be.

Servers were friendly, and there are several TVs that make it easy to watch whatever game you like.

However, once again, pizza in Ashland is uninspired. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, but it was run-of-the-mill ok pizza.

The pizza here is pretty good.  The one that stood out the most was the pizza with breaded eggplant... can't remember the name.  The stuff is great on it's own, so why not throw it on top of a pizza?  It totally works!  The eggplant was flavorful and added something unique and delicious.

I also tried a couple of their salads, which were pretty good, but nothing special.  Service is very friendly and prices are reasonable.  The place is a little hidden, so make sure you go down the stairs and head towards the creek.  With a pool table inside, and a relaxing and chill atmosphere alongside the creek, this is a great place for meeting up with a bunch of friends.

The Creek is a great place to catch up with friends, grab a slice, and play a game of pool or two.  The deck outside is great to sit in the summer with local brews (I wish Hazelnut Brown Nectar was still on tap there!).

I have fond memories of late nights with friends at the Creek and love the casual atmosphere for socializing.  If eating there:  The Slammy Pizza is #1, sharing an order of Yammers is fun, and the Crookie is the ultimate in splurging (watch out this is an addictive dessert!).

Took awhile to find Creekside but well worth the trouble since this pizza is the best.  We were staying at the plaza and the creekside bistro is just right across the parking lot (note, the restaurant is downstairs in the same complex as Agave).

We got 2 slices of cheese pizza to go--they also have a lunch special, 1 slice of pizza, drink and salad for $5.75--smoking deal since the pizza slices are HUGE.  The crust is nice, just the right amount of crispness and not too soggy or chewy.  Oh my.  FYI, pizza slices are served during lunchtime only.  For dinner you need to purchase an entire pie.

A suggestion, order early, especially on a friday or Saturday evening.  It does take awhile, but totally worth it.

They also have a little bar and it's open until 1:00 am but not sure if they make pizza that late.  Hopefuly they do though.

You have to look really closely to find this place, but it is worth the search. I had been to Ashland a handful of times and had never explored this grouping of restaurants tucked behind Main St. Creekside has a comfortable pizza/pub atmosphere with friendly service. My husband and I shared a calzone and Caesar salad--both excellent. One of Ashland's hidden gems. I will definitely return to this place!

I just moved to Ashland and have been searching for a great pizza place- I found it finally. I tried Northwest Pizza Company and that sucked, so this was next on my list. The menu offerings are creative- I was a little apprehensive at first, but decided to take a risk and order their Slammy pizza- whole roasted garlic, goat cheese, yams, broccoli, carmelized onions with tomato sauce. It was DELICIOUS- the flavors were all so subtle, and the crust is perfection- just like the crust back home in Chicago- crisp on outside, soft on the inside.

I also ordered hot wings- they were awesome- SUPER hot. My lips were on fire- that's what i personally like in a hot wing.

The only drawback is this place is pretty pricey- $18 for an 18" pie, but it was a really large pizza- more than enough for two people- we had leftovers.

I've never had their pizza, but they have a great beer selection, and good atmosphere (and plenty of eccentrics to strike up conversations with). Would have given 5 stars, but they close at 1a.m, right around the time i start to get in the groove,

Nice location, downstairs and tucked behind the main front buildings.  It's situated right next to a small bubbling creek, so sit outside or by the window and enjoy a calming view (otherwise it just feels like a dark pub or bar).

Service is prompt and friendly in a laid back way.  One 14inch pizza plus shared salad was perfect for the two of us (Big guy with a big appetite and medium girl with small appetite. lol).  The salad came out first and it was a standard Ceasar, creamy and cool but not too zesty (I would have liked a little more garlic and anchovy personally, but it was good).  The pizza was a nice chewy crisp crusted Margharita style with juicy tomatoes, garlic, basil, and mozz.  The crust was slightly too thick to work with these toppings imo, I prefer a very thin crust for this style, but overall the crust was great.  Would have been fantastic with a spicy meat topping.  Good sauce, not too sweet.  We also added breaded eggplant and they were crispy and tender, but not that flavorful.  Pizza, salad, and one cocktail came out to $30 with tax.

Yam fries are amazingly delicious.  Try "yammies" with one of the many beers they have on tap.

The pizza crust was crunchy on the bottom, but thick enough to have little air pockets.  The eggplant is the best I have ever had on a pizza.  To avoid sliminess, the eggplant is cubed, lightly breaded, and fried.

The ambiance is more like a sports bar than a bistro.
