Crystal Lake Beach Club is awesome. It's a beach area where the kids can play, the adults can relax and socialize. It's not just open to Oakland residents, either. Food and non-alcoholic drinks are available for reasonable prices. There's a dock for the kids (providing they pass a swim test.) My oldest son loves it and always has a great time! My younger one is too young to understand it, but he loves going on the swings and walking in the lake. A wonderful place for kids to create lasting positive childhood memories!!!
