Houlihan's

This is probably one of the best burger places in Mahwah.
I usually always a get a burger. You can always taste the freshness in the food, and it is delicious! They make their burger buns by hand, and that makes them even better than store bought burger buns. I highly recommend the parmesan fries. they are pretty much french fries coated with shredded parmesan cheese and (I think!) parsley. We go there at least once a month. The service is great, today we even got refills without asking! Highly recommend this place.

This place is good for cheap appetizers during happy hour, but nothing else.

I had a bad experience with this houlihans, the food was seriously subpar. Many dishes were served cold and the taste was NOT there. Also, everything was extraordinarily greasy. The French onion soup was gross, would not recommend.

We waited 10 minutes after our food came for utensils and our cups sat empty the entire time. Instead, we witnessed our waitress snacking rather than tending to their customers.
