Dairy Queen of Cross Plains

My husband ordered a #2. I ordered a #4 which is a chicken sandwich. I bit into what I guess they call a chicken sandwich, it was so hard my teeth wouldn't even cut through it. It did not even taste like chicken. You know what meat looks like when you cook it to long or when it is old, well that's how it looked when I tore the chicken in half. We also got 2 chocolate milk shakes and a mini Oreo blizzard. Shakes are suppose to be thick, well not theirs. It's like drinking just chocolate milk. The blizzards was not even blended up and they hardly put any Oreos in it. You know how ice cream is on a cone, well that's how the Oreo blizzard was, except with out the Oreos and it tasted so plain. I would not recommend any one to go and eat there. The employees do not care about how the food is cooked, if its old or not. They have no respected for their customers wishes. Also, if you are allergic to something and you ask them not to put in on or in what you are ordering, well think again!! Bye far the worst place I have been to.

We stopped about 6:30 p.m. on a saturday at the drive thru . You would think that any food you ordered would be fresh, well guess again,it took less than 5 minutes for them to serve us which seemed odd at the time. It was Hot ,but, we really believe it had been under heat lamps for hours. Maybe they refried it before they gave it to us , it was so hard and so gross that  we returned all of the food got our money back and they really didn't seem to surprised that we thought the food was unedible. ONe of the employees actually said "Hey I didn't cook it". I think maybe they give the hard ,old food to out of state people  thinking that they won't bring it back,but, we had 2 small kids and had to stop in there parking lot to give the kids their food and realized how hard it was. I realize they maybe a great place at other times or if you eat inside ....but, if you eat on the run like we do ...CHECK IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!
