DARCI'S DELI

This is one of my go-to spots when I'm craving a deli sandwich. The bread is baked in the store, the veggies are fresh and the salad bar is yummy!  I've taken friends and family here often.  I often get the 1/2 sandwich and salad combo. I've never left hungry. From their chicken salad to their chocolate cookies, it's all good.

I really enjoy sandwiches - possibly my favorite food - so I had to try out Darci's.  Let me start off by saying the food was good.  The salad bar was fresh and the sandwich itself was wonderful, especially the bread.  However, I was very disappointed in the lack of options.  There are no low-calorie or low-fat dressings in the store, period.  This includes both condiments for the sandwiches and the dressings on the salad bar - all that's offered are the full-fat versions.  I understand this is a smaller place, so they may not be able to afford to put out a plethora of dressings every day, but I think it's fair to ask that one low-calorie option be offered.  Other than the limitations of their offerings, I enjoyed Darci's.  It's a little on the pricey side, but that's to be expected from a non-chain deli.
