Ding How

Yes it is in a strip mall, and yes it is small, but everything about the food is world class. I am from the California Bay Area so I have a pretty good idea what good Chinese food is all about and Ding How's does not disappoint. I find eveything to be cooked, seasoned, and prepared to perfection. Even when a recipe they are using may not be one of my favorites, the excellent preparation wins me over.
Having said that the food is excellent I should also add that the staff are very professional and pleasant. All in all I would give Ding How's a 5 star recommendation where it not for their dismal setting.

Small interior, but the best Chinese food I've had.  The sesame chicken is excellent.  The wait staff are great.  Take out takes a bit of time, but well worth the wait.  Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.  I'm not a sushi person, but people that are say it is great.

This was second time I come to this restaurant. What is wrong with this restaurant ?! Just finished dinner there. Ordered Korean noodle soup and waited 40 minutes to serve. A lot of customer after me got food already.  The final cookie come with a sticky plate?! What is that? Spitting?!  The waitress said it is wet.  OK , sticky wet. Race discrimination? Because I am Asian?  I will never ever come to this restaurant again !!!
