I really missed the old location of the DJ's in Bellevue... it was a great bar to hangout (and carried craft beer on tap). Â I really didn't like the new DJ's in Bellevue... it was a massive SPORTS BAR. (Duh... that's what is supposed to be!) Â It's just a sports bar... and I've grown to be ok with that. Â This is a great place to watch sports. Â TVs everywhere. Â Not a bad seat in the house. Â Food and drink specials are very good. Â
I think the sandwiches and wings are their best options. Â Solid "B rating" for the wings. Â I wouldn't seek this place out to eat but if you are here for sports the food is good enough.
Service is generally good if not great. Â If you get stuck in the "overflow room" (Piano Bar Room) the service can suffer.
DJ's can get crazy busy for Husker football games. Â Not my scene. Â But I like coming here from pro football or college basketball.
If you are looking for a true blue sports bar. Â Come here.
I haven't been to DJ's in Bellevue for awhile, but was surprised to see that they moved acrossed the street. Â So much better!! Â The new DJ's is MUCH larger than the old, and now has up to date tables and chairs. Â Nice area outside to sit....one area in back of the building even overlooks a farm field....very nice and is where we chose to sit! Â It was a Friday night so they were fairly busy, but the waitress came outside to take our order quickly, and food arrived quickly. Â Their food isn't over the top, but usually pretty good. Â I ordered the prime dip sandwich and that was juicy and tasty. Â Definitley an improvement from their last location!
