I've eaten here on several trips to Long Island. This time i had a lobster salad, and it was very good. My friend had fried calamari, and although I liked them, she thought the cornmeal batter was too thick. From a seat near the window, you can see the boats docked in the bay right across the street.
Review Source:This quaint restaurant is solidly mediocre but often busy. Â The lobster salad was not discernible as lobster other than the color. The taste of green pepper was overwhelming. Â The fish tacos though recommended by staff had the right ingredients but lacked any punch and the salsa was clearly canned. Â The steamer sauce lacked real bite and was a bit watery. Â Lastly the staff was friendly but not well trained, constantly overreaching on the table, leaving empty glasses while replacing drinks and calling us when we were next door for our table and then making us wait an additional 20 minutes. Â It's not bad, it's just definitely not good.
