Dos Gringos

I came here the other night because I was craving Mexican food. A few of my friends had suggested it so I decided why not. We all met there and sat outside on the patio. Right off the bat I was not pleased that it took a good 10 mins for our server to come and greet us. When she did she was very short tempered and rude to us. I didn't understand why since it didn't seem very busy.
She proceeded to take our order in a rush and seemed very irritated that we were asking questions about the menu and if there were any specials. After ordering it took quite awhile to get our food and again our server seemed annoyed with us and more like we were bothering her. She never gave us her name so when we needed drink and chip refills it was hard for us to track her down. We had to ask another server walking around to find her and when that server asked us who our server was we couldn't just give a name and had to describe her as a girl with a lot of piercings. It would have been nice if we could have just known our servers name in case we had needed anything.
Overall I may be interested in giving this place another try but I am disappointed in the lack of service and I truly felt that my friends and I were more like a bother rather than valued customers.

Lousy service. Could not get a water refill or chips or any attention. The bottom line is we had to get up and chase down our own drinks, water, chips salsa and when food came after almost 45 minutes it was warm at best and the excuse was were training a new person in the kitchen. No one that evening appeared to care about service and this place was not at all busy. We had to go for some volunteer work across the street and I tried to speak to someone but they did not stop by before we had to leave so we were not late. Most of us had maybe 15 minutes to scarf down our food as it was.

The food was ok, the atmosphere was a bar/happy hour atmosphere.  I'm just glad we didn't bring our son because it wasn't really an environment for kids.  It was also lacking in cleanliness.
