Came here with my friend Nick because of a http://Restaurants.com certificate, not really knowing too much about the place. Â Dry Creek Station is located in Rio Linda, which my friend affectionately described as the butt crack of Sacramento (haha). Â Our meal was enhanced by fine crooning country western karaoke and there was no waitress (she recently quit) but the bartender Crystal was very nice and helped us out. Â Nick and I both ordered the NY Strip Steak (they were out of Ribeye and the Filet Mignon was crossed out) - it was cooked exactly the way it was ordered but nothing really special about it, kinda tasteless really. Â Green beans tasted like they had just been defrosted and the baked potato was OK. Â French onion soup was FANTASTIC!
All in all the food was all right, but wouldn't make the trip back even if I had another $25 gift certificate.
