Dubuque Mining Co Eatery & Drinkery

Maybe I'm biased because I grew up with this place (my mom waitressed here when I was a kid and my dad was a bartender a while back) but I love it. Western Bacon Burger with fries and a side of cheese sauce? delicious. The waitstaff hasn't changed much over the years and they love regulars. If you're looking for something different, this is definitely the place to go!
Also, the long islands are said to be the best in town!

No desire to return. Thought the place was dirty, nothing screams yummy more  than watching your meal being warmed up in a microwave. Just don't see the attraction

Pleasant service & good burgers. Note the burgers come w/o tomato or lettuce - just what's on the menu! I had a side salad & it was large and filling. They also offered Lent meals since it was Ash Wednesday.
