Duke's is a average restaurant in a great location. Â Its right on the beach front so if you're lucky enough, you'll get a window seat and you can marvel at the wonderful view of the ocean. Â
There's surfing-related decor throughout the restaurant. Â Unfortunately this place gets extremely busy, so even though they're trying to go for the relaxed surfer vibe, it feels more like the Cheese Cake Factory inside. Â
Their menu looked great with plenty of options, but most of the food here is pretty bland and mediocre. Â If you're dining here, you're paying for the view more-so than the food. Â For parking, just do valet.
You are here for one reason, and one reason alone. Â You have been hanging out at the beach and are too famished to stray far from the water. Â Literally, this place is on the water. Â If you can nab one of the patio tables, do it. Â You gotta love being able to eat/grab a drink and watch the waves crashing next to you. Â The food is not bad, either. Â I went with fried fish tacos, and it is pretty impossible to mess that up. Â The only knock against this place is that the parking situation is a mess.
