In the BOOMING metropolis of Martins Ferry (lol) there are maybe 5 bars? That's probably a stretch. Regardless, this is the most well known. I've been going here for drinks since I was 14 (my friend's mom was a bartender, and I plead the fifth)

It's very small with only a few tables, and certainly not conduicive for groups of more than 5 or 6. Drinks selection is very minimal. But, all things considered, probably the best you can get in Martins Ferry :)
