Ordered the Panko salmon, came out over cooked and dry. Persuaded to try again,this time it was way underdone with an over abundance of lemon juice and had no Panko or sauce. Management did remove it from the bill but basically my dinner consisted of the salad and some vegetables. Either the service was slow (not enough servers?) or the kitchen is inept. Won't be going back

Being new to the Lockport area, my girlfriend & I looking for a nice modern restaurant. Based on some of the recent reviews, and photo's I decided to try D'Vine and was surprisingly disappointed. The manager/owners were very nice, friendly and communicable. The food itself was good enough to return if not for the wait. There were 3 other ppl in the restaurant besides us and yet our wine took 25-minutes, and dinner 2+ hours. After 1.5 hours, the owner came by to apologize for the delay and mentioned it would be out shortly but when I asked about the appetizers (which we did not receive) he said they forgot about them.

I wanted to like this place because the owners seemed like nice ppl but my girl friend will not return after that experience.

I wanted to write a review because the one that's on here is unfair in my opinion, and does not give the place enough credit. I went here for the first time last night with a bunch of family. I had been wanting to try it (had heard good things), so when I saw a living social deal for it, I jumped on it. D'Vine has a nice atmosphere and I liked the decor. We tried the moscato and loved it! We ended up getting 2 bottles, it was that good :) We also ordered the cheese plate, the Montreal sushi roll, and the shrimp Rangoon roll, all of which were delicious. I especially liked the Montreal steak roll - I thought the crispy onions were a nice touch! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because our service wasn't that great, but our server was very busy, so we understood. On the overall, it was a great experience! I am looking forward to coming back and trying some other things on the menu :)
