El Diamante Mexican Restaurant

We were pleasantly surprised how good the food was here. I usually get tacos de carne asada, as they did not have any specifically I got the Mariachi Plate, which was beef fajita tacos, they were excellent! My fiancé got the chicken fajitas which he said were very good.

The service was very attentive and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place. The only thing that was a little weird was the height of the tables, they were a little too tall for the seats (we sat in a booth).

Greated immediately,  seated immediately, restaurant was busy for late dinner hour.  I'm  vegetarian and requested meatless fajita's which they did with no problem. Food was hot and very good. Restaurant was clean and nicely decorated, it may be the best place to eat in Mt. Ida!!
