I once traveled from North Carolina, across the US, to California eating bar-b-que every night. (By the way, I found the most delicious in Oklahoma of all places). Elmer's is right there at the top.
Smoke ring all the way through the ribs, nice bark from the dry rub, juicy, tender; fat cap thin and "melted" into the meat;  Texas style bbq  so the sauce was tangy but with not too much heat; excellent woody taste.
Pair with their excellent baked beans (secret ingredients) and hush puppies laced with what I believe to be chives.
Decor was a nice "red barn" feel and excellent and gracious service.
I thought the beef brisket and pulled pork could use a little more seasoning so I'd give them only 4 stars but I so vehemently disagree with a 2 star review, I'll give them 5. By the way Doug, it's spelled "margarine".
