Probably the worst service in all of upstate NY! Food isn't very good either. I've been there three times because it's so close to my house. Every time it's a disaster. I eat at the bar and the young inexperienced bartenders have no right being behind the bar. Good luck getting a refill or any kind of service. They appear to be over staffed if anything but they are so horrible and inattentive that you would think there was one person back there.
You won't get your salad if your entree is supposed to come with one and good luck tracking down silverware.
Avoid this place!
1997 called and it want it's bar back! Â When you first walk in you are overwhelmed by the obnoxious red lights that are being illuminated not only above the bar but under the bar itself. Â One might think they have wandered into a seedy Las Vegas bar "Off the Strip"....
We sat down to a dirty table that was way too close to the other tables placed next to it. Â So close, as a matter of fact, that the customers sitting next to us actually joined in on our conversation a couple of times. Â Not exactly what we were looking for tonight when we were hoping for a quiet night out, just the two of us.
We made Happy Hour... which was great but my wine showed up in a sticky cup with crunchy stuff all over the bottom of the glass. Â Â The selection was the usual bar Happy Hour simplicity. Â Nothing too fancy by any means... but a great price-- I even got the perk of left overs from the previous customer!
Hubby got a  Quesadia with Country Sweet and Chicken and I got a Portabello sandwich.  He was happy with his meal but it wasn't enough to fill him up.  Luckily he had the other half of my sandwhich, which was nothing to write home about.  I would skip it.  It was nothing more than a small mushroom with canned peppers... Â
In all.... nothing special and we won't be going back.
