We had a fantastic server, Sheila. The dipping sauce for the bread is wonderful for garlic fans too. The main dishes were good, but not great. We had one of the Dinner for Two deals with calamari and chicken marsala as the main dishes. Left very full. Decent experience overall.

The mussels in tarragon cream sauce were fantastic.  Garlic bread dipped in the tarragon cream sauce.... heaven.  I also liked the olive oil dip they served as well.
I ordered eggplant stuffed with ricotta cheese, covered with more cheese and marinara. It was heavy, but delicious - even the vegetables that came with it!
My husband got the chicken picatta and said it was great. We were too full for dessert...
Our waitress was super sweet and helpful and very attentive.  We'll definitely go back next time we visit the area.

My wife and I went to Enrico's for the second night in a row last night only because every other restaurant in town was closed for Labor Day. We went with another couple and their kids the first night. The first night, the food was family-italian-restaurant-solid with some highlights. My calamari fra diavolo was pretty good. The second night I ordered the mussels in tarragon sauce (not saffron, Michael), but the waiter later came out and said they were out of mussels. This is a pet peeve of mine! Please don't let me order a dish and get excited about it before you tell me you don't have it - I thought part of a waiter's job is to know what's available. We had the garlic rolls - very good. My wife had ravioli with shrimp - quite good. I had the ribeye (after asking the waiter if the cut looked good). I should have known better. I was served a tough piece of steak completely smothered in a mushroom sauce which I can only assume was designed to hide how bad the meat was. A highlight of both dinners is the BYOB policy with only a $5 corkage fee. Within the realm of Blairsville, Young Harris, Hiawassee, Hayesville; this restaurant would get 4-stars. Within the realm of Atlanta or other large city dining, it would get 2-stars. So I'll give it 3-stars.

This was a great find for dinner.  The service is excellent and the menu is very diverse.  You can have traditional Italian entrees and appetizers or something a bit different that the chef has created for that evening.

Monday through Thursday they offer an excellent dinner special for two people, $20 total, for two entrees and either appetizer or dessert.  We opted for entrees that were not on that list and they were very well prepared.  It's a dry county so if you want beer or wine, BYOB.   This is probably as close to 'fine dining" as you can get in this area.

We got a tiramisu to go and it was good but too sweet...more whipped cream like instead of mascarpone.  Other than that, I would highly recommend Enrico's and we can't wait to return to the area and eat there again.

We own a cabin between Blairsville and Young Harris.  EVERY time we go up there for the weekend with friends, we take them to Enrico's.   We swear that it is better than any italian restaurant that we've been to in the metro Atlanta area.  On our last visit, I had the Seafood Enrico and it was incredible.   Their garlic rolls are so good.  Although they do not serve alcoholic beverages, they allow you to bring in your own bottle of wine (for a small corkage fee).  I'm getting ready for a girl's trip up to the cabin this weekend and we're looking forward to eating at Enrico's Saturday night.
