Since this place changed from 'The Q' to 'Epic', I tried it twice, and both experiences were bad. My husband and I would like to swing by, grab a drink and snack and watch the game. The first time we looked at the menu and couldn't find nachos on the menu anymore, so we ordered fries. The server was very slow, yacking up a group of people who appeared to be in their 60's for around 15 mins. I think trying to work up a tip. As soon as she stepped away from the table, she grabbed our fries (cold), and gave them to us. Later, we saw someone get nachos. I asked the waitress about it and she said "well, they're on the dinner menu, it's not like we're keeping it a secret" and rolled her eyes, very sarcastic. I ignored this experience as just a bad waitress.

About a week later,  we came back, knowing we could still order nachos if we just asked for them. When we sat down, the same waitress from the previous visit came over to us. I asked if there was a wine list. She mumbled something and I told her I couldn't hear her,  she said "we don't have a list, but if you want a red or something, I can get you a red" very snotty like the previous visit.  I looked at my husband and we left.  We haven't been back since and I have no plans to return. There's too many great sports bars around to waste my time with this place.

Saturday night dinner at Epic, with my family.  I ordered the Kobe Waygu beef sliders, big mistake. My 3 sliders showed up with a piece of meat the size of a silver dollar, were barely 1/4" thick and they were burnt to a crisp. The menu said they were served on a toasted Brioche, not. mine were cold. I complained to the waitress and asked for the manager. The manager apologized and said this was Epics signature dish and that the meat should be hanging over the bun. He offered to make it right but I always worry about sending back a meal once you complain, you never know what you are going to get back. The manager blamed the problem on the sous chef and as I was being told this was an isolated incident I saw several slider meals go by me that looked just like mine. I understand that Epic is a "sports bar" but that does not mean that the food should be sub par. My message to all, don't let lousy food go without complaint. Hopefully they will get the message and serve quality, reasonably priced food.

A friend and I went there a couple weeks ago.  We hadn't been there is some time.  We sat in a booth area they had created.  It was OK but from there you couldn't see the large screen TV on the wall.  My thoughts were,"What was wrong with the settings before?  This place used to be packed!"
Right away we noticed that the specials had been removed and the prices were higher.  The server was friendly and immediately served our drinks and took our order.  My friend got a sandwich with a small order or fries and I got an Oyster Po Boy.  It came with a infant pickle and a shriveled red pepper or tomato on top.  Tasted like oyster paste between a loaf of bread.  I asked the server to take it back after a couple bland bites.  I got a cheeseburger and it was juicy and just OK.

Both of us agreed the the standards had gone lower from when it was THE Q.  The service was still tops but the management must have told the restaurant department,"The casino is squeezing the customer, why aren't you pulling your weight."

I guess when it comes to this business, it's all about the dough.

I went here on Friday night the 16th with visiting family and my fiancé.  I used to go to this place when it was the Q all the time since I lived in Airway Heights and was eager to try out the new food as well as see the new updates.  I was not disappointed.  Some of the servers are still the same as well as the bartender.  Our server was Nicole, she was friendly and very knowledgeable about the new menu, I have had her as a server before as well and she is always great to the table I am sitting at.  I ordered the fish and chips which I liked when it was the Q and she told me it was better than before.  I couldn't have agreed more.  The rest of my party enjoyed their food as well and we had no complaints.  If your looking for a great sports bar than this is the place to go.  Sports on all TV's and great service and a fun atmosphere.

Great sports bar in NQ! They have a huge projection tv over the bar along with six other smaller projections, therefore playing all of the ESPN channels. Food is good, I got the philly steak sandwich and was very happy. Drinks are usually good too. The chairs are so comfy too. I would recommend going here if you are at NQ, it is epic.

I really love the new menu and seating.  The entire venue is more welcoming and less like a cafeteria.  The seats are incredibly comfortable.  The booths are a nice addition to the seating options.  As always the huge TV is a major draw and I enjoy coming and watching Football or Basketball with my friends.

The new menu items make the decision on what to eat so much harder but doesn't matter what you choose its all delicious. If you've never been its worth checking out.
