Escapade Cocktail Lounge

Your will find that this local bar is friendly and fun.  It has everything a local bar should have. a jukebox, a pool table and sports on TV.  Most patrons are locals, however, there will always be some traveler in town. They have potlucks on special occasions.  It is definitely a Nascar bar. The drinks are good and cheap. Fun place to hang out and cool off.

A bottle of cheap cold American beer and an American Spirit on the shady porch of the Escapade while it is 114 degrees outside is my idea of a perfect summer afternoon. And evening. And night. And late morning.

Pool tables, large bar, large patio area, friendly bar staff, and fairly nice decor.    Perhaps I went at a bad time (about 4 on my way home from work), but I was the youngest person by about 20 years.  And most of the patrons seemed to be in rather advanced states of inebriation considering the hour.  In the evening when I pass by while walking my dog, it's mostly a biker crowd (that's a little closer in age) I see in the patio area.  So, like I said, it's possible that I just went at a bad time....
