Fauquier Club

This is a "join by invitation only"  Men Only club. Rich,cigar smoking, whiskey drinking boy's club.
My father was a lifetime club member. Nice building, not that you would ever get to see inside! I went a few times as child with my father for Christmas parties. It is lovely inside. Dark walls, lots of overstuffed leather chairs, library rooms, game rooms with chess and backgammon, a bar and the obligitory humble bartender.
They'd like to think they are all old Virginia gentlemen, but, in my opinion, this sort of thing is from a bygone era, is not relevent in this day and age and only serves to promote bigotry and  pomposity.

Out of date and in bad taste. Move forward into a newer century Warrenton.
