Wonderful setting right on the quiet end of Elkin's Main Street.
Perfect place to relax, enjoy a Guinness Stout draft or some other favorite beverage.
Ordered smoked Brisket and caramelized onions Sandwich, sweet potato fries basket, Guinness and wings.
Enjoyed everything, beer, sandwich, fries, and pepper jelly dip.
Tiny? Â Yes. Â However, Fiddle's is a breath of fresh air in Small Town, NC. Â My wife and I tried the smoked brisket sandwich and the reuben, as well as the house french fries and fried pickles. Â All were excellent. Â The meats are top notch, and the fried pickles are perhaps the best I've ever had. Â The house-made ranch dipping sauce was also a real treat.
Service was causal, but personal. Â Everything was clean and well presented. Â If I were local, I would likely be a regular here!
Craft beer from around the nation and Elkin? Â I could not be more excited that this pub exists. Â As a guy who didn't discover beer in a dive bar, Fiddle's is a great addition to downtown Elkin.
Cider and Guinness and Anchor Steam on draft, with about two dozen craft bottles to choose from. Â Give the owner (John) a recommendation and he'll even see if he can get a new brew to add to the arsenal. Â A real beer drinker's bar, not to be confused (or mislabeled) as a binge-drinker's bar.
I will be bringing friends.
Love this place! Â Small, quaint, friendly with excellent selection of beer and wine and very tasty food! Â The chicken nuggets were outstanding, as was the panini. Â The bathrooms were clean, tables had plugs so we could hook up our computers, and the wait staff was happy to take care of us. Â Would recommend highly and would love to go back!
