Fitzgerald's Piano Lounge Incorporated

Tired of grungy bars? check out Fitzgerald's and you'll feel like you've gone to another town!  The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable.  There's several rooms so there's lots of privacy, a pool table and usually live music.  They don't server food, besides complimentary popcorn.  But they allow outside food and have take menus from nearby restaurants, and most of them deliver.  Now lets get to the drinks, I'm originally from St. Louis and there is a bar there famous for it's martini's, Fitzgerald's is on par if not better.  The pries are a little higher than the bars around but the quality of the whole establishment are well worth the price. A fabulous way to spend your evening.

I'm visiting from out of town and this place definitely gets an A+ in my book. I love this small town and all its quaintness, but it's nice to go to Fitzy's after a long day and experience the more loungey, classy atmosphere. There's such a large space in the back for larger parties, but upfront you can sit at the bar or in some cozy couches or leather chairs and snuggle up with friends, a boardgame, and a martini. Believe me, these martini prices are CHEAP compared to the rest of the world! I just ask for my specialty martinis without whipped cream and sauces and such, and they have an extensive martini list, as well as a full bar. The bartender, John, who is usually there is very friendly and accomodating to any special order you may have. There is live music, piano in the back, but not now during the slow season.

Fitzgerald's gets 5 stars just for setting up shop in Princeton. Oh, and for the awesome martini's. Great addition to this tiny town.
