Here on a job for a couple of weeks and stopped for a brew after long day. I discovered a warm friendly place where the regulars made me feel like I was one too.
Had the two taco special that came with chips, salsa and a drink. Â It was decent enough for the price however their "salsa" was the pits. Â An unappetizing muddy brown color with similar taste. Â On the high side, it was their own label "Flight IPA" that saved the day. Â It was by far the deciding factor in making a return visit. Â Second time I Â went for their "Western burger" with garlic fries (for $1.25 extra) it comes topped with onion rings, Â bacon, cheddar and BBQ sauce. It was a lackluster attempt at a sandwich that Carl's Jr does much better. Â The bacon was way overdone as were the onion rings (actually just pieces of onion rings). Â The burnt bacon taste totally overpowered the cheddar and only the BBQ sauce made it tolerable. However, I must say that the garlic fries and the Flight IPA are awesome.
Menu looks interesting, some good sounding options... During my second visit, I came in around noon during the week. They were fairly busy with one server and she was doing a decent job keeping up but there was a definite difference between the service for "regulars" and first time visitors. I ordered a sandwich and the menu says choice of soup, salad or fries. There is an additional charge or soup or salad which isn't listed on the menu but was told when I ordered. This kind of thing drives me crazy, if there's an additional charge please list it so people know. The food was decent, nothing special. Another thing the waitress left me my check without asking if I wanted anything else, I had planned on getting two additional meals to go but decided I would just stop somewhere else on my way back to work. Â Won't be back here again.
Review Source:The Calamari Steak is the one of two of the Best I have ever had. I do prefer it without the tomato's & with the noodles rather than the Rice. Service is good food is always good & you can tell they purchase a better quality of food product than the average Restaurant. They are willing to accommodate Special Request.
Review Source:Good variety of beer and bar food.
On this trip, my favorite was the Buffalo Wings. Â They were spicy and served with Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing. Â Our group also had Fish Tacos, potato skins, and the freshly made chips.
The servers were all smiles, and they brought me a pitcher of water for my own use. Â
Besides the smiles, wings, and other food items, our group was able to access a private room for our meeting, and this is always a good thing.
All in all, not a bad stop, and I'll be back.
I have eaten at Flight several times and loved the food each time. The mahi mahi tacos are affordable and delicious. Â There is also a wonderful salmon salad with chipotle dressing, that was filling and tasty. Â The music is great there too, and is fast becoming the new gathering spot for the valley. Â

Went for lunch at Flight Bar & Grill & had the Blue Sky Burger. Â We were served homemade potato chips as soon as we sat down; they were awesome. Â The burger was great as were the fries. Â They have happy hour specials from 4-6 & football specials on Thurs & Sun. Â They are new in town, have great food & great service. Â Open for Sun brunch & dinner nightly. Â We will definitely go back.
