Flying Saucer Draught Emporium

been here a few times over the years, never have had the food, but always enjoyed good conversation over many a good brew.  Selection is pretty vast, they even do an ok job making sure to include the local stuff.  A little pricey, but I think I need to change my perception of fair prices as I have found myself writing that a lot lately, ha.

I've been to the Saucer probably 5 or 6 times so far, and it's pretty awesome. I'm not really a beer drinker, but they have a TON. I enjoy their beer poker nights, when you can try a random brew for cheap. The food is good, for a bar.  The jalapeno Rocket Tots are definitely a favorite. The service is usually great, and of course, is easy on the eyes. My only complaint is that it gets REALLY loud in here sometimes, to the point that it's hard to hear any conversation at all.  Not sure how that could be remedied, but there you have it. Give this place a shot if you're looking to try some new brews!

I like the beer selection and love the Colorado beer connection since I have roots from there. However the food side needs a little work. More pizza selections and sizes wouldn't hurt would they? Appetizers aren't bad in general. Overall it's a decent place to go for a chain joint.
