Well... If you are looking for a hole in the wall place, this is it. Â Seating for about 10 people.
The food was really good and the portions are very generous. Â The family was wowing over the calzone and lasagna throughout the meal. Â Everyone left totally stuffed.
I may have to make another trip before we get out of here.
My fiance and I discovered this place while staying at the Fox River Resort (Silverleaf timeshare place) last summer.
The food was good, the large spiders outside were scary, but it was the staff that really made an impression. Friendly, funny cashier/waitress girl. Did an impression of her heavily-accented Italian boss, the owner. Â
We weren't sure what to expect walking in here, it looks like my grandma's old cottage from the outside, with large spiderwebs and even larger spiders hanging out next to the door. And the dining area is very small inside (but it's not in a very populated area). But we felt welcomed. For food, they have your standard Italian-American fare with pizza and pasta and a few fried appetizers, and delivery during specific hours.
There also seemed to be some sort of demolition derby going on down the street. Very random.
