What a great place. This is a really nice little bar with solid bar food. Their wings are excellent, which shows clear evidence of a well-run fryer. Southern Tier on tap is the star of the full bar in my book, but there are several other draught options. The menu is pretty simple -- very traditional American bar fare -- but it's done well. The place is family-friendly (a bit too much for my taste), and includes a small game room. Expect a large crowd of snowmobilers and skiers in winter.
Review Source:This is a down-home style tavern, with reliable food. Nothing really fancy, and they do have a weekend fish fry. For dinner, we had the cheddar poppers for an appetizer, I had the cheeseburger and she had the turkey bacon melt, all of it tasty. Plenty of options, but I didn't feel like having a heavier meal (10 days of travelling...).
As a previous reviewer wrote, this is not a high quality restaurant, but it is a good tavern. The place was hopping, but we didn't need to wait to be seated. The service was friendly and attentive.
