Friendly's

Oh Brice - you've obviously never been in food service.  You admittedly had a table of 15 people, and you paid with multiple credit cards - you suck.    I love Friendly's.  Sometime the wait for your food may be a tag long, but never unreasonable, considering how busy they can get.  And Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Sundae?!?!?!  Yummmmm.

Dinner with 15 is always difficult, but it's beyond absurd when it takes 30min after getting the check to make sure you don't get bent over the ice cream counter...

A few quotes from our waitress:
--"It's $9.99, but for a $1.50 upgrade you can get this side of the menu."
--"I've gotta put you on one check instead of separate tables. This all got confused."
--"For $2 more each you can get this appetizer."
--"Can you tell me what you had again?"
--"What's an extra $1.50?"
--"What did you have again?"
--"Oh, the guys in back are going to kill me. The burger, right?"
--"Sorry hun, did I forget your drink?"
--"We'll have to put $20 on these cards instead of $18 to make the math work."
--"Well it was $23 on the cards because I can't just charge $20, I have to do it by meal."

What a freaking mess. Basic math skills absent. Heavy handed (but successful) point of purchase marketing certainly present. 30 minutes  and the manager finally gave us cash back to even us out to only 20% tip....
