Fuego Cantina and Grill

This place needs some serious management help. We walked in on a Friday night with no one waiting and was told a 10 min wait that ended up being a 20 min wait. Once we got to the table it was another 10 minutes before we were acknowledged by our server. I was about 1 min from walking out. The food is just ok. Nothing to write home about. A little bland and portion size is just average. Probably won't be going back with all the other choices in the area.

I went here with a friend. It was a rare night out for me and this new mom. We regretted this choice.

We walked in and the ambiance itself was pretty cool. The place visually sells itself as a more upscale Mexican place a level above the typical hole in the wall or chain store. The menu was typical Mexican fare; nothing special, but we were expecting to eat Mexican so we weren't upset by this. The price was a bit more expensive than the typical place, but the ambiance was nicer, so we didn't mind that either.

The serve was sub-par. It was really slow. My drink never got refilled. Not even after I asked. The food was jut as bad, if not worse. Everything was bland, mushy, and under seasoned. We ordered different items, but we couldn't tell which one was mine and which was hers.

Overall, a terrible experience.

Do not get the calamari. I was foolish you think that a Mexican themed place could do seafood well. And total negative bit the waiters were awesome!!!
