I have been here multiple times and it is wonderful! My favorite time to come is Wednesday night which is pasta night. You get a salad, pasta (you get to pick what kind and what you want on it) as well as a dessert for around $10ish. Great service and atmosphere. Most of the menu is a bit more on other nights but it is still a great meal! I have also had a bridal shower here and had great customer service and communication with the owners.

I travel a lot for business and when I got booked here I was looking for a treat away from a hotel. I certainly wasn't disappointed.  I'll be staying at this place a lot over the next few months and I couldn't be happier.  Sandra, the owner, is so very welcoming.  Breakfast is provided daily is absolutly 5 star quality.
The room is extremely well maintained and comfortable.  Even with a resturant in the building, its quiet in the evenings.

I am very glad I'll be staying here for the next few months.

Talk about saving the best for last!
After 4 days of sampling regional foods of Virginia's Eastern Shore, I thought I had a good mix of the local fare. All the food I had tried was fresh and served with care, but the Garden Inn brings it up one more notch.

We decided to take my boyfriend's step-mom out for her birthday and she suggested this place. When we walked in i found the typical yellow and white rooms within a garden setting that i had started to see at many colonial restaurants in the area.

The menu is short but varied enough and apparently they change it often. I ordered lump crab Benedict, my boyfriend the smoked salmon Benedict and his mom chose the smoked salmon omelet.

The first course consisted of a large parfait of fresh kiwi, mango and cantaloupe that was served with a tangy fresh lime syrup that you drizzled over the fruit. i thought this would taste weird, but was instantly hooked by the enhanced flavors and will soon be making this syrup for home.

The next course was 2 decent size pastries, one was like a hot gooey pineapple upside down cake and the other was a sensational light fluffy apple turnover that wasn't the least bit greasy.

My entree was quite large, three jumbo perfectly poached eggs atop  buttered English muffins dressed with at least 1.5 cups of lump, and i mean lump, crab meat. No salt or pepper needed, this dish was tantalizing, savory and melted as I devoured the entire dish.

David's salmon Benedict looked equally delicious but ill save eating smoked salmon for my trip to Vancouver in October.

I dont believe Ive had a better brunch experience and the hospitality was phenomenal. The chef came out to explain exactly what we were eating and also previewed a few items to tempt us to come back.

The cost? About 14 dollars a person that would put many top restaurants to shame.
