Glendale Village Inn

They serve hearty meals in the restaurant, catering mostly to the mill crowd and local regulars.  The food is best described as "adequate".

This is not a "destination" spot, except for the fact that the bar is the only liquor bar between Merlin & Canyonville, a span of about 70 miles!  

Occasional live music, juke box, pool tables and gambling machines.  

Laid back country/mountain people, some may say Rednecks, frequent this establishment.  The denim and flannel crowd.  Young and old alike, drinking side by side solving the problems of the outside world and lamenting the demise of the timber & logging industries or discussing who's sleeping with whom.
