They serve hearty meals in the restaurant, catering mostly to the mill crowd and local regulars. Â The food is best described as "adequate".
This is not a "destination" spot, except for the fact that the bar is the only liquor bar between Merlin & Canyonville, a span of about 70 miles! Â
Occasional live music, juke box, pool tables and gambling machines. Â
Laid back country/mountain people, some may say Rednecks, frequent this establishment. Â The denim and flannel crowd. Â Young and old alike, drinking side by side solving the problems of the outside world and lamenting the demise of the timber & logging industries or discussing who's sleeping with whom.
