Really great burrito joint.  Everything is fresh.  I asked to be sure and everything is fresh made onsite and the options are plentiful.  They have cheerwine on tap and a good choices.

The rooftop bar is a nice place to hang out in the evenings after it cools down outside a bit.

Really good burrito place that offers nice, fresh ingredients. The staff is SUPER friendly. Cheerwine on tap is always worth a thumbs up from me. In addition to the fountain drinks, they have a nice section of bottled beverages. Their salsa bar offers a nice variety. I am a huge fan of Phat Burrito in Charlotte, and I think this place comes very close to that. Having a patio and a roof-top bar seems fairly progressive for Salisbury.

The only thing that I would like to see there is the option of a tofu or tempeh on the veggie burrito. But the fact that they offer quinoa makes it clear they are trying to offer a healthy alternative.

I am definitely looking forward to my next trip to Salisbury so I can get another burrito!!

Go Burrito is quickly becoming the place to hang out in Salisbury.  The rooftop seating is super cool with a nice view of the mural and the newest addition of music.  They had one of the speakers turned out and I watched people walking by look up and eventually come upstairs to check it out.  The burritos are HUGE and delicious!  The salsa bar is so varied and all delicious as well.  They have added some great craft beers (Abita Turbo Dog is my favorite).  I wish I could drink it out of a glass rather than a plastic cup, but I understand the city's concern about dropping glass from the roof.

I love the changes you've made over the past few months! The chicken has a wonderful spice to it now. I also love the salsa bar. I mix the pineapple and the less spicy peach together. Yummy! For me, the portions are more than enough. I get my burrito "sloppy" due to my dietary needs (thank you for accommodating!) But It would actually be nice if I could get that half the size. I never eat the the large one and don't like wasting food. All in all we enjoy the food and the atmosphere. And love the roof top!

Fast friendly service.  Fresh ingredients that are yummy. Very clean, nice outdoor eating area not to mention roof top bar.
I had a chicken quesadilla and hubby a steak burrito both very good. Loved the salsa bar, lots of unique choices. Also loved the selections of topping you can fill you quesadilla or burrito with. Saw many people order the Taco salad in the tortilla bowl, looked great will try it next time we go in.

Kudos to Salisbury's first real burrito joint.  They've still got a few kinks to work out now that they've opened, but I was very satisfied with the burrito offerings.  Having been there twice in the last two weeks, I've had variations on the veggie burrito.  Thumbs up to offering quinoa as a topping (perhaps they should consider a seasoned tofu as well).  Veggies & other toppings were fresh and flavorful.  The salsa bar has some unique choices to zest up their chips, which unlike some previous reviewers, I thought were great.  Without having them side by side, I thought my burritos were just as big as I might get from a typical Moe's/Salsarita's/Chipotle/etc.

A couple things I think might be good for them to work on:
-Implement the rest of the menu (only burrito offerings so far, but quesadillas and other choices are on the way).
-Broaden the selection of craft beers.  Sweetwater is great for a Georgia beer, but how 'bout a few more including some Carolina brews. Also find a way to get recycling of beer bottles and cans implemented.

Overall, they've done great work in adapting the building for use as a restaurant/bar and the view of Salisbury's mural is outstanding.  I'm really looking forward to the planned roof-top deck later in the spring.  Keep up the good work Go Burrito.

Slow. Expensive. Small portions. Got a veggie burrito, had maybe a tablespoon of beans, small portions of everything else, like it was being rationed. Burrito was much smaller than one you'd get at Moe's or Chipotle, and about 25% more expensive. No flavor. Chips, salsa and queso are all extra. Have had better microwave burritos.
