Used to go here very often, but quit when the place started getting sloppy and dirty. Â My youngest son wanted to go, so we thought we would give them another try. Â They have new owners now and it is NOT an improvement. Â Youngest ate off the buffet. Â At 6:30 they took the only sushi tray (held maybe 8 pc) away and did not replace it for our entire visit. Then he wanted ice cream, but the container which held the ice cream scoop was full of BLACK water. Â The price for an 11 yr-old to eat from the buffet....$10.00.
The rest of us always order off the menu. Â I had to ask 2 times for someone to come take our order. Â Oh...that's right...you don't speak or understand English so you didn't know what I wanted. Â Gotcha!! Â The one young man who worked there AND spoke/understood English apologized and took our order. Â Now, we wait....and wait....and wait. Â After a time I started the timer on my phone. Â 17 1/2 minutes later one dish arrives. Â The lady from the kitchen brought it out. Â Didn't look like anything we ordered and she didn't know (no English) who it went to. Â Steps in young man....it's my order....really! Â A couple minutes later the other two orders arrive. Â They have to call the young man back over. Â I showed him my phone and how long we waited after starting the timer. Â He apologized and explained the "new owner" situation.
The young man left our table and spoke with the lady from the kitchen. Â Suddenly a man appears and glares/stares at us for a while, moving to different areas as if we wouldn't notice. Â When I asked about this, Â I was told he is the new owner. Â The young man explained that the kitchen was really busy and that's why our food took so long. Â Again, REALLY! Â Four other tables in the restaurant, and you aren't prepared to cook-to-order from your menu.
