This place has been on my bucket list ever since I first heard about it six years ago. Don't know why it took so long to get there. It is a bit of a drive from where we live. Tonight they served pan-fried chicken and roast pork, along with chicken and noodles, pinto beans, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, and peas. There also have a few salads, rolls, cornbread, and several desserts. The desserts, rolls and cornbread tasted like they came out of a box. There is nothing spectacular about any of the food there, except that the flies seemed to like it. For the same price ($9.00), Root Zero Three in Carthage has a bigger and better buffet. Or if you are willing to drive just 25 miles to the south, for $7.00 you can get a dinner at Cooky's in Golden city with three sides and the best beef I've had in this area.
