Grannie's Country Buffet

Was told about grannies have been back six times since wow all the dishes are great esp slaw and desserts bought home a quart of banana pudding yesterday

Went for lunch. Nice buffet, all the southern fixings you expect, but I think there is variance in the menu offerings based on the day.

Excellent sweet tea.

Friendly service. Clean space.

All-you-can-eat for less than $10? Hell yeah.

This was recommended to me while traveling on business.  It was the best restaurant I've been to in a very long time.  If you like home cooked soul food this is the place.  The fried chicken, fried livers and creamed corn were just so good I had to ask for the recipe.  The deserts were good too.  Everything was very good to include the staff.  Prices were very reasonable as well.  We stayed in town 4 days and we ate there 3 times.
