Grassini's Bridge Restaurant

Food was OK and I really mean just OK.  The staff there is VERY inexperienced.  I ordered an extra crispy  vegan pizza, sounds pretty simple, right? We waited about 25 minutes and our waitress came over and said our food should be coming out shortly. We waited another 15 minutes and my husband went up to the waitress and asked what was taking so long. An extra crispy pizza can't take this long. She tells him that the cook had to re-do my pizza because he put cheese on it? Um, vegan pizza means no cheese!??!? And why should  my husband have to go up to the waitress and ask? She should have told us right away and given us an appetizer or something to hold us over since we had been sitting there for 45 minutes already. She could tell we were irritated and then the owner came over, apologized and gave us 1/2 off our meal. That was nice of her but seriously,  they really need to train their staff better.
