My husband & I I love Groucho's. We're from SC & went to USC so it's like religion for us. We make it a point to find a Groucho's when we're in SC. Driving back to our home state today we stopped at this location for lunch. Turned around & left. One bathroom was out of order, understandable, but the other had not been cleaned in days--they had just opened and it was in terrible shape. The toilet was absolutely filthy. Paper towels all over the floor, trash can full, sink a mess. 4 employees standing around & only one other party in the place. Obvious neglect for cleanliness. If the bathroom looks like this, what's the kitchen look like? Yuck. I'll pass.
Review Source:20 some odd states, 50 cities and 11,100 miles into a fairly epic road trip I stumbled upon Groucho's. Â I had been convinced the sandwiches I'd eaten in NY and Boston were probably going to be the best of the trip, but I was way wrong. Â Blythewood can now lay claim to having the best sandwiches in the country as far as I'm concerned. Â Turkey Blt w formula 45 sauce fukkin' rocked. Â One of the best sandwiches I've ever had.
