  I love the atmosphere of this local bar.  Coming from a big city, I feel at home with the decor and style.  Drinks are fairly priced and service is very friendly.  
  
  Thursday night is taco night, but has been getting mixed reviews, so I just sat at the attractive bar and had some reasonably priced drinks.  Show them your patronage, it's worth it!

  The Gypsy is a relatively new bar located on South Whittle in Olney. Some boomers may remember the location as the Red Door, and some seniors may remember the place as the spot of the New Yorker. So, 209 S. Whittle must be a great place for great hangouts.
  
  The Gypsy is redecorated in warm wood tones and features a great bar, good music and lots of booths and spaces to hang with friends. You'll find a mixed crowd and the Gypsy is a comfortable spot for young adults to fifty and up. I'd be as comfortable there with my 80+ year old Dad as I would be meeting my classmates on a reunion weekend.
  
  Downtown parking is convenient and the area is well-lit. So pick a designated driver and go have some fun at the Gypsy.
