Hammer Heads

This was a fantastic little bar located right on one of the busiest corners in St. Joseph.

The U-shaped bar takes up most of the cozy main room, with a few round tables along the windows. A secondary room a few steps down has a pool table and a few more round tables.  There's a snack machine in one corner, and Golden Tee in another.

I found this place to be friendly and welcoming, and very relaxing.  If I didn't have so much to today do I could have spent hours here.

Our bartender was a very friendly woman whose sister owns the bar. She was a big part of what made this the best find of the day. Their family has owned this bar since 1998.
