Hardee's of Coats

Horrible. That sums up my visit in 1 word. Why?
Maybe it was my having to repeat my order 4 times, waiting in the drive through line for 22 minutes, having the drive thru attendant practically throw my bag at me  only saying 'here ya go' and turn her back on me, having to ask the manager (who I was complaining to at the window while my food was tossed at me) get my drink which I still had not gotten or having my order wrong after all that.
An 'I'm sorry for your wait' would have been nice, but that never happened.
THEN, in front of the manager she had the audacity to be chuckling with her co-workers wondering why customers wanted to speak with the manager. Really? REALLY?? Laresha was dumb as a box of rocks and as rude as you could get. I cannot stress my anger enough.
