Hawks Nest State Park Lodge

Room very basic and a bit dated,but clean. The view on the gorge side is super, the real attraction of this lodge. Unfortunately the tram to the river was on the fritz, but the grounds around the lodge more than compensated. The staff were competent and friendly at both the front desk and the restaurant.

Amazing views, lovely gift shop, fantastic food...man. Could it get any better?

Beautiful, well maintained and has great hiking!
