This place seems to be turning into my go to bar on Adobe. Its pretty big, has lots of beers on tap, and has a few pool tables. And on nights where its not so busy the employees can provide some pretty good conversation.
But so far the best time I've had here by far was the comedy night. Comedy night goes on the first and third Saturday of every month and is hosted by a guy who goes by cochino. Just a warning but you should be able to take a joke if you come because cochino pokes a little fun at a few audience members. It's nothing over the top or too rude and was all in good fun though. This past week cochino brought 3 comics and all all of them had me in stitches. I definitely plan on coming back for the next comedy night and maybe once before then.
The only small complaint I have is that they were out of Sam Adams and the BBQ chicken pizza...which just so happened to be the things I tried to order! Still they had other options that were able to satisfy my cravings.
You put this place anywhere other than 29 Palms and its 2 stars. But just like the women in 29 Palms, you get an extra star just because the selection is soooooooooooooooooo limited.
2 big issues. #1 Walked in there one night for the Blackhawks/Canucks game, stood by the bar, and did not get a look from the server the entire time I was there. Whatever, didn't want to drink anyway. #2 The place needs some ventilation or a new A/C or something, but it was muggy as hell in there.
2 positives. #1 It's literally the only place in town with more than one TV for watching sports. #2 They have free pool a couple nights a week.
